Does WageFlow claim HMRC recognition?

No. Public claims should match released product capability and current recognition status. WageFlow does not claim HMRC endorsement on this website.

Does WageFlow automatically file payroll submissions?

The exact filing capability must be confirmed for the relevant release and payroll type. The safer public position is RTI preparation workflow support, not automatic filing unless released and verified.

What is the Free Micro PAYE Evidence Plan?

Eligible employers with fewer than 10 employees can apply for free PAYE software access. In return, we ask for structured period-end feedback. Any testimonial used in marketing requires separate written approval.

How do extra employees work?

PAYE Starter includes 5 employees with extra employees at £1.50 per month. PAYE Pro includes 25 employees with extra employees at £1.25 per month. CIS, Education Payroll and bureau pricing use separate software routes.

Can I choose annual or monthly billing?

Yes. Annual billing is paid upfront and saves the equivalent of 2 months compared with monthly pricing on standard PAYE plans.

Can I import employee data?

Yes. WageFlow supports CSV import for employee data so you do not have to key everything in from scratch.
